Headquartered in NYC, Partnerize retains offices in Australia, United Kingdom, Japan, Philadelphia, and Wilkes-Barre.
Our Commitment
As a provider of online software and associated services, Partnerize’s supply chain is relatively short and uncomplicated. Partnerize does not manufacture any products. Our main suppliers are companies that sell software and other IT products and services; professional services (such as lawyers, accountants and other consultants); and other business supplies (such as office equipment, office maintenance/cleaning services and travel services).
Therefore, our business generally presents a low risk to modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain. However, we are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery, human trafficking, slavery or compulsory labour in any part of our business or our supply chains. We are also committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. Toward those ends, we undertake the following steps:
- Conduct due diligence and monitoring of suppliers;
- Include standard questions and representations relating to modern slavery concerns in requests for proposal from prospective suppliers;
- Continue to educate employees on applicable modern slavery requirements by providing training for the relevant employees; and
- Communicate with suppliers and employees to ensure they understand our obligations and expectations.
Partnerize strives to provide a working environment which is inclusive, respectful, and free from harassment and discrimination of any kind. We outline our expectations to our employees through our policies, including our code of conduct and policies that reinforce the importance of dignity and respect in the workplace and strictly prohibit unlawful discrimination and harassment. Our policies include procedures encouraging employees and staff to report and escalate any violations of these policies and empower the company to take corrective action.
