Good news coming out of the JAPAC region where Partnerize clients’ overall transaction value on the Partnerize platform grew at 67% in Q1 of 2023 compared to Q1 of 2022 across all verticals. Excluding the travel vertical, client revenue growth still experienced a sizable 21% YoY lift. The growth was not limited to the quarter alone. In fact, on a full year basis, customer revenue grew a healthy 28% in 2022 over 2021. This calculated growth prompted a strategic expansion of its Asia Pacific and Japan (APAC) based leadership team as well in key role elevations across the region’s executive sales and client success roster. Further, the JAPAC region has experienced 100%+ YoY growth in hiring to support its momentum with appointments and expanded roles to include:
Vanja Wilson, Vice President Sales, APAC
Daisuke Okamoto, Vice President Sales, Japan
Kumiko Ito, Senior Director of Customer Success, Japan
Rich McCrum, Key Account Director, APAC
Daniel Tay, Director Customer Success, SEA
Collectively, this team oversees new business and client performance across the greater APAC region and Japan. Further, as the company assembles and elevates its broader client leadership team, Partnerize APAC is seeing record top-line growth as well as an uptick in new business and client renewals in 2022-23 including, Retail Apparel Group, Sweat, and Campfire, as well as renewed business through agency Mindshare, renewals including Luxury Escapes, THE ICONIC, foodpanda and Koala.
“Being engineered as a customer-first business allows us to respond to our customers’ performance in a more fluid fashion than most platforms and businesses,” said Adam Brownstein, General Manager for Japan and APAC at Partnerize.” As such, it makes sense for us to strategically elevate and strengthen our teams as our clients’ rising success in the partnership space continues.”
The fortification of the APAC-based sales and client success team reflects the company’s unique position as the partnership category’s only provider of both partnership marketing software and service – and its organizational commitment to both. The collective talents and professional origins of these newly appointed and promoted executives reflect decades of experience, client-side tenures and accomplishments as well as a mix of key client success operational skills and vertical knowledge.
Partnerize as a whole continues to generate significant global momentum with APAC playing an increasing part in its performance, contributing steady wins and results. These leadership additions are expected to further accelerate this momentum as the partnership category thrives.
